AKP Banteay Meanchey, September 21, 2025 —

People from all over the country gather at Sovann Sikharam pagoda, also known as Prey Chan pagoda in Prey Chan village, O’ Beichoan commune, O’ Chrov district, Banteay Meanchey province, about a kilometre from the area where Thai military forces laid barbed wire, on the occasion of the 14th Kan Ben Day this morning.
