H.E. Heng Sour (2nd R, Pic. 1), Minister of Labour and Vocational Training, and H.E. Igor Driesmans (2nd L, Pic. 1), Ambassador of the European Union to Cambodia, co-preside over the opening of NTTI BizConnect Cambodia 2026 at the National Technical Training Institute (NTTI) in Phnom Penh this morning, with the participation of representatives of government institutions, companies, training institutions, teachers and students.
