AKP Kampong Cham, September 7, 2026 —

H.E. Dith Tina (R Front, Pic. 1), Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, and H.E. Anatoly Borovik (2nd R, Front, Pic. 1), Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Cambodia, preside over in Kampong Cham province this morning a Buddhist memorial ceremony in honour of the eight agricultural experts from the former Soviet Union and one Cambodian who lost their lives in an armed attack involving Khmer Rouge forces in Kampong Cham in 1983.
