Prime Minister Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet (Pic. 1) greets the participants upon his arrival for the graduation ceremony for approximately 4,000 bachelor's and master's degree graduates of the Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE) and the inauguration ceremony a new six-storey building on the university campus.

The event takes place at Koh Pich Convention and Exhibition Centre in Phnom Penh this morning.
