AKP Phnom Penh, July 19, 2026 —

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defence H.E. Gen. Tea Seiha (R Sitting, Pic. 1) and H.E. UENO Atsushi, outgoing Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Cambodia, sign and exchange notes for 500 million yen (approximately US$3 million) for Japan’s OSA (Official Security Assistance) project, following their courtesy and farewell meeting at the Ministry of National Defence in Phnom Penh this morning.
