CamDX Records Over 117 Million Transactions
AKP Phnom Penh, June 23, 2026 -- As of May 31, 2026, the Cambodia Data eXchange (CamDX) had recorded more than 117 million transactions, with 32 public sector members and 55 private sector institutions connected to the platform, according to its latest report.
The figures were released as Cambodia marked the sixth anniversary of CamDX establishment, which has been operational since its official launch on June 15, 2020.
CamDX serves as a key digital public infrastructure, forming the backbone for connectivity between government and private sector technology systems.
It enables secure and standardised data exchange across institutions, strengthening interoperability and supporting the country’s broader digital transformation agenda.
The platform has also contributed to improving public service delivery and enhancing the business environment by reducing duplication of data requests and enabling faster, more efficient digital processes. It further supports the development of new digital services and products across both public and private sectors.
CamDX also functions as a monitoring and verification tool for government data usage, including digital revenue collection and electronic public services.
Within its wider ecosystem, CamDX supports multiple national digital systems, including the Electronic Service System for Business (ESB), CamIE for informal economic development, Cambodia E-Invoicing, KAS cashless payments, the Social Protection System, GTAS air passenger risk assessment, Data EF, and SETFO for secured transactions.
Among its key achievements, the ESB connects 14 ministries and institutions and provides access to 269 public services for businesses, streamlining procedures, fees and processing times.
