H.E. Dr. Hang Chuon Naron (3rd R, Pic. 1), Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Education, Youth and Sports, presides over the Final Round of Giant Chess Tournament, held at the Cultural Village in Phnom Penh this afternoon, the final day of the Nokor Sankranta event.
