East Timorese President H.E. Dr. Jose Ramos Horta arrives at Phnom Penh International Airport on March 29, starting his three-day state visit to the Kingdom of Cambodia. He was warmly greeted on his arrival by Cambodian Deputy Prime Minister H.E. Kong Sam OL, Minister of the Royal Palace and other senior government officials.
