PM Calls for Continued Participation in Combating COVID-19 Pandemic

Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen has once against urged his compatriots to continue participating in the prevention of COVID-19’s spread.
“Every minute and every day, dear compatriots, please remember and pay high attention to your own health and that of your spouses, children, grand-children, and family members when the country is in the fight against COVID-19 pandemic,” said the Premier on his official Facebook page on April 21.
Samdech Techo Hun Sen also reminded his compatriots to always bring with them facemasks, and hand sanitizers. “You have to wear facemasks everywhere and clean your hands before and after touching anything at the markets or public places. We have to protect ourselves and don’t bring the virus from others to our families. We have to permanently apply the hygiene norms and follow the Ministry of Health’s advices,” he underlined.
Cambodia has found zéro new case of COVID-19 in the last nine days, but with recovered cases almost every day.
As of this morning, the total number of confirmed cases in the Kingdom remained at 122, while that of patients cured rose to 110.
Since the first case detected in Preah Sihanouk province in late January, the COVID-19 pandemic has now hit 13 provinces and capital of Cambodia.
