Minister of Information H.E. Khieu Kanharith (Pic. 1) offers fire to cremate the body of late Mr. Cheang Sokha, an Advisor to the ministry, Vice President of Union of Journalist Federations of Cambodia and former Editor-in-Chief of Khmer Times, at Kamsan pagoda located in Sangkat Prek Pra, Khan Chbar Ampov, Phnom Penh this morning.
