A delegation of the Ministry of Information led by its Minister H.E. Khieu Kanharith pays homage to late Mr. Cheang Sokha, an Advisor to the ministry, Vice President of Union of Journalist Federations of Cambodia and former Editor-in-Chief of Khmer Times who passed away on Jan. 22 due to illness.
