Cambodian PM Wins a Leadership Award from UPF

Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia yesterday won the “Leadership and Good Governance” Award from the Universal Peace Federation (UPF).
The award was presented to the Cambodian Premier by UPF Co-Founder Dr. Hak Ja Han Moon at the Peace Palace, Phnom Penh during the inaugural ceremony of the 2nd Asia-Pacific Summit 2019.
According to UPF’s online source, “Leadership and Good Governance” Award is conferred upon those who have “demonstrated outstanding leadership principles, including fairness, honesty, accountability, transparency and inclusiveness”.
Besides Samdech Techo Hun Sen, other world leaders who have got this UPF’s award are former Afghan President H.E. Hamid Karzai, former Costa Rica President H.E. Rodrigo Carazo Odio, former Egypt Prime Minister H.E. Abdel Aziz Mohamed Hegazy and former UK Prime Minister H.E. Ms. Margaret Thatcher, and so on.
Since 1996, Samdech Techo Prime Minister won more than 30 awards from different institutions and organisations around the world.
