Ministry of Interior Appoints Deputy Governor to Oddar Mean Chey Province

H.E Sak Setha, Interior Secretary of State and Adviser to H.E Sa Kheng, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior of the Kingdom of Cambodia presided over the ceremony this morning to pronounce the nomination of Mr. Leam soda as deputy governor of Oddar Mean Chey province.
