Thai Foreign Minister H.E. Kasit Phiromya holds talks in Phnom Penh this afternoon with Cambodian Deputy Prime Minister H.E. Hor Namhong, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, after seven Thai nationals were arrested for illegally entering into Cambodian territory in Banteay Meanchey province’s O’Beichoan commune on December 29.
