Cambodia’s Acting President of Senate H.E. Say Chhum (Right) meets here on Aug. 16 with a visiting H.E. Nguyen Xuan Phuc, Political Bureau Member of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee, Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the National Steering Committee for Drug, AIDS and Prostitution Prevention and Control of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
