U.S. Congressman Appreciates RGC’s Efforts on Legal Reform

Cambodian Senior Minister and Minister of Commerce H.E. Cham Prasidh yesterday afternoon received a visiting member of the United States House of Representatives H.E. David Dreier at the ministry.

In the meeting, H.E. David Dreier highly valued the development of Cambodia and the strength of the cooperation and relationship between Cambodia and the U.S., and promised to encourage more U.S. investors to invest in Cambodia.

H.E. David Dreier also expressed his appreciation to the Royal Government of Cambodia (RGC)’s efforts on legal reform, especially in setting up the anticorruption law and other regulations.

For his part, H.E. Cham Prasidh welcomed the visit of H.E. David Dreier in Cambodia, and said that the RGC has been trying its best to reform the legal system to boost job growth, trade and foreign direct investment.
