Cambodian Koh Kong Province and Thai Trat Province Tighten Their Alliance and Cooperation

AKP Phnom Penh, August 03, 2012 –

Cambodian Koh Kong provincial authority held a meeting in early this week at Koh Kong province with its counterpart from Trat province of Thailand in order to tighten their alliance and cooperation, according to Koh Kong Provincial Deputy Chief of Administration Mr. Lim Savann.

The meeting was held in the presence of Koh Kong Provincial Deputy Governor Mr. Dom Yuhean and Trat Provincial Deputy Governor Mr. Sereisok with the participation of many senior officials from the two provinces.

The meeting mainly focused on the tightening of the friendship and cooperation between the two neighboring provinces, said Mr. Lim Savann.

Besides, the two authorities also agreed to jointly organize on Aug. 8, 2012 some sport events including cycling and friendly football match, he added.
