2nd Friends of Lower Mekong Ministerial Meeting

The 2^nd Friends of Lower Mekong Ministerial Meeting opens on July 13, 2012 at the Peace Palace in Phnom Penh under the presidency of H.E. Hor Namhong, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Cambodia, with the participation of ASEAN member countries, and the development partners including the U.S., China, S. Korea, Japan, Australia, and the EU.
