13th ASEAN Plus Three (APT) Foreign Ministers’ Meeting

ASEAN Plus Three foreign ministers join hands for posing for a group photo during the 13th ASEAN Plus Three (APT) Foreign Ministers’ Meeting. The meeting kicked off this afternoon at the Peace Palace in Phnom Penh under the presidency of Cambodia’s Deputy Prime Minister H.E. Hor Namhong, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, gathering other ASEAN foreign ministers, the ASEAN secretary-general, Chinese Foreign Minister H.E. Yang Jiechi, Japanese Senior Vice Foreign Minister H.E. Tsuyoshi Yamaguchi and representative of S. Korean foreign minister.
