H.E. I.V. Morgulov Arrives at Phnom Penh International Airport

H.E. I.V. Morgulov (L), Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation arrives today at Phnom Penh International Airport to attend the ASEAN-Russia Ministerial Meeting to be hosted by Cambodia on July 11, 2012.

H.E. Ung Sean (R), Cambodian Secretary of State for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, greeted him upon his arrival.
