ASEAN SOM Express Support to Siem Reap as the East Asia’s Cultural City

ASEAN Senior Officials expressed their support to the selection of Siem Reap as the Cultural City of East Asia, H.E. Ms. Soeung Rathchavy, Secretary of State, Cambodia’s ASEAN SOM Leader said after the ASEAN Plus Three Senior Officials’ Meeting held here this morning at the Peace Palace.

The ASEAN Plus Three Senior Officials’ Meeting focused on the preparations for the ASEAN Plus Three Foreign Ministers’ Meeting and the commemoration of the 15th anniversary of ASEAN Plus Three cooperation, she said.

The meeting was attended by Senior Officials from the ten ASEAN countries including Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos PDR, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam, and those from the ASEAN Plus Three Countries namely China, Japan, and the Republic of Korea.
