East Asia Summit (EAS) Senior Officials join hands for posing for a group photo at the East Asia Summit (EAS) Senior Officials’ Meeting (SOM) held this morning at the Peace Palace in Phnom Penh in the presence of H.E. Ms. Soeung Rathchavy, Secretary of State for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Cambodia’s ASEAN SOM Leader with the participation of EAS SOM Leader+6 and representatives of ASEAN secretary-general.
