ASEAN Plus Three Senior Officials link hands for posing for a group photo at ASEAN Plus Three (APT) Senior Officials’ Meeting held this morning at the Peace Palace in Phnom Penh in the presence of H.E. Ms. Soeung Rathchavy, Secretary of State for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Cambodia’s ASEAN SOM Leader with the participation of representative of ASEAN secretary-general, and SOM Leaders of the People’s Republic of China, the Republic of Korea and Japan.
