Aun Porn Monirath, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, addresses the participants in Phnom Penh on July 3 while he was presiding over the Opening Ceremony of the Consultation Workshop on the Establishment of Cambodia Food Reserve System organized by the Ministry of Economy and Finance and Asia Development Bank.
