Cambodia’ Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Lok Chumteav Men Sam An, Minister of National Assembly-Senate Relations and Inspection, on February 26 presides over the celebration of the 101^st International Women’s Day (March 8, 2012) organized by the Pursat Provincial Department of Women Affairs in collaboration with USAID and RACHA under the theme “My Eminent Mother”.
