Retired King Addresses a Mass Meeting

Retired King Preah Norodom Sihanouk addresses a mass meeting in front of the Royal Palace in Phnom Penh on Sunday morning during the celebrations of his 90^th Birthday (October 31) and the 20^th Anniversary of his return to the country from exile (November 14).

Also present on this auspicious ceremony, were Queen Mother Norodom Monineath Sihanouk; His Majesty Preah Bath Preah Boromneath Norodom Sihmoni, King of Cambodia; National Assembly President Samdech Akka Moha Ponhea Chakrei Heng Samrin; Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen; senators; lawmakers; senior government officials; and foreign diplomatic corps.
