AKP Phnom Penh, October 20 2017 –

Preah Monivong, a central boulevard and thoroughfare of Phnom Penh, has been playing a key role as a major road towards commercial hub in the capital city.

The boulevard was named after King Monivong of Cambodia. It runs parallel to Preah Norodom Boulevard, from the Chroy Changvar roundabout in the north to Monivong flyover in the south.

Many high-rise commercial, residential and office buildings are located along this important boulevard. Besides, there are foreign embassies, especially those of France and Vietnam, government ministries and institutions, state-run universities and schools.
